What to send us
You do not need drawings to start. These help us give you a useful answer the first time:
- The address of the unit or site, and its size.
- The lease offer or the landlord's work letter, if you have one.
- Any drawings you have: the landlord's base plan, a previous tenant's layout or a sketch.
- For restaurants, clinics, salons and shops: your equipment list or chair and room count.
- Your target opening date.
